• You can return any item within 7 days of receipt of your order.
• We will refund the amount paid for the acquisition of the article. This DOES NOT apply to discounted items & accessories .
• If you want to get a different size / color, you will place a new order.
• All returned items will be inspected. They must be new, with their cardboard and woven labels, unused and in their original state. All returned would be incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be repeated and you will be returned.
• For France, the return slip already prepaid can be sent by email and be included in the package. You must send it via LA POSTE.
For the rest of the world, the return slip is not included in the package you send us
an email explaining your problem with the item, you will be asked to send it to a specific address via LA POSTE and you will be refunded returned shipping fees.
